About the Venue


The Warehouse is a fully remodeled industrial-style warehouse with concrete floors. Featuring 3,000 sq. ft. of indoor space with two beautiful glass garage doors that open up to the beautiful 1,600 sq. ft .of outdoor space and wrap-around patio to make your event indoor/outdoor.

 
The indoor space includes a full warming kitchen with a
full-size fridge as well as two sets of bathrooms with two people occupancy each.
 
Parking includes 25 paved parking spaces plus 30 gravel overflow parking spaces, as well as parking on the street and in the surrounding culdesac.
 
The Warehouse Event Center’s indoor/outdoor occupancy is 150 people.
 
We will provide all tables and chairs. (Linens and coverings available at an additional charge).
